赛事规则：
（1）全球所有COWON/iAUDIO用户均可参与，公司内部员工除外；
（2）请于2007年5月25日前提交作品（http://youtube.com/group/cowonucccontest）并将连接告知COWON公司；
（3）您可以提交多个作品，但最终评奖时只会选取其中最好的一个作品；
（4）COWON公司将于6月份第一周公布评奖结果；
（5）评分方式：：创意表现40%；趣味性40%；其他20%来自于作品在YouTube.com网站上的排名
（6）COWON有权利用投稿作品宣传，且不会另行通知；
奖金奖品：
一等奖：1名，奖金US$2000；
二等奖：3名，欧洲/亚洲/北美各一名，奖品为COWON A2（30GB）一台；
三等奖：3名：欧洲/亚洲/北美各一名，奖品为COWON D2（4GB）一台；
